Ground floor

The entrance has a hall and staircase. There is a spacious, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooker with oven, a large renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and a generous pantry. The double bedroom on this floor is currently used as an office.

First floor and attic

The first floor has a second living room and a hall leading to five double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The spacious attic on the second floor is accessed by a folding loft ladder.

Electricity supply

A large ground-floor storage room houses the electrical panel, two inverters and lithium-ion batteries. According to the owner, the property is self-sufficient in electricity throughout the year. A backup generator, positioned well away from the house, provides power if needed; the owner reports that this is rarely necessary.

Pool, terraces and outdoor kitchen

Two covered areas adjoin the house: one at the front door and one beside the 6 × 3.5 metre swimming pool with filtration system. A further terrace at the front is shaded by the house in summer. The fenced area also contains a BBQ space with an original pizza oven and outdoor kitchen.

Garden and olive grove

The 10,006 m² plot is divided into two parts. Approximately 2,000 m² is fully fenced and has a landscaped garden with irrigation. Orange, lemon and pomegranate trees grow behind the oleanders. The remaining area of approximately 8,000 m² has 100 olive trees, three fig trees and several almond trees. You can produce your own olive oil or arrange help locally.

Casita and storage

The casita can serve as a hobby room or be converted into guest accommodation to suit your needs. Water and electricity are available. Behind it is a further storage room for garden tools and other equipment.

Comfort and planned roof

The ground floor has new uPVC tilt-and-turn windows with double glazing and insect screens. All upstairs bedrooms have sliding windows, insect screens and shutters. Pellet stoves are installed on both living floors and almost every room has a ceiling fan. According to the owner, arrangements for a new insulated roof are underway; installation is still to be carried out.
